What is eOptima?
eOptima is an online workspace for eBay sellers. You connect your eBay account, eOptima loads your listings and shows where item specifics are missing or shipping costs don't match your rates. On request, it lists the cheapest active comparable listings on eBay. You transfer corrections back to eBay in batches and in a controlled way.
What kinds of items is eOptima suited for?
For listings in every eBay category—whether electronics, clothing, dietary supplements, household goods, sporting goods, or spare parts. eOptima follows the requirements of the respective eBay category and shows you which item specifics are missing.
Is eOptima an official eBay product?
No. eOptima is an independent service that uses eBay's official interfaces. You authorize the connection to your eBay account yourself via the eBay sign-in.
Do I have to give eOptima my eBay password?
No. You sign in directly with eBay. eOptima only receives an access key, which is stored encrypted and which you can revoke on eBay at any time.
Are changes applied on eBay immediately?
You decide. Nothing changes on eBay until you trigger “Transfer to eBay”. eOptima shows you for every change whether eBay has applied it—and only updates its data after eBay confirms.
Which eBay marketplaces are supported?
20 marketplaces, including eBay.de, eBay.at, eBay.ch, eBay.com, eBay Motors, eBay.co.uk, eBay.fr, eBay.it, and eBay.es. Which actions are possible depends on the marketplace and the listing type.
How much does eOptima cost?

Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time yourself under “Settings” → “Profile”. This deletes your eBay connections including access keys, listings, queued changes, and rates. Nothing is deleted on eBay itself.
