Use this function to withdraw from a consumer contract electronically. We record the receipt with date and time and send a confirmation to the email address you provide. You'll find deadlines and consequences in the information on the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal is different from cancellation: if you only want to end your Premium subscription for the future, use “Cancel contracts here”.
