Review eBay listings—listing by listing, without missing a thing
Quick filters show you where your eBay listings need attention. In review mode, you work through the selection one by one and fix open issues right away.
With eOptima, you connect your eBay account, sync your listings, and use quick filters such as “MPN missing” or “Shipping above rate”. In review mode, you work through the filtered listings one after another, fix open issues directly, and transfer corrections to eBay only after you approve them. Reviewing and editing are free.
A listing audit for all your listings
With hundreds of listings, the problem is not the individual correction but finding what needs correcting. eOptima checks every synced listing for typical weak spots: a missing manufacturer part number, empty required item specifics, shipping costs above your rate, Best Offer turned off, or listings that nobody has edited in over twelve months.
Clicking a metric filters out exactly these cases. With “Start review mode”, you open the selection as a checklist: for each listing, you see the open issues with the solution right next to them.
Quick filters: Not reviewed yet, MPN missing, Shipping above rate, Not edited in 12+ months
Action needed for each listing with direct fixes, such as setting the shipping costs to your rate with one click
Progress such as “Listing 3 of 42” and “Reviewed & next” to move on to the next listing

Step by step
How to review your eBay listings
A good audit starts with an up-to-date view of your listings.
Sync your listings
Connect your eBay account and load your active listings, including item specifics and shipping details. Choose an account and one or all enabled marketplaces.
Choose a quick filter
Open “Optimizations” and click a metric, such as “MPN missing” or “Shipping above rate”. Filters and sorting narrow down the selection further.
Work through it in review mode
Start review mode. For each listing, you see the open issues, add missing details, and check the title, description, item specifics, and shipping.
Transfer and move on
Transfer your corrections to eBay and use “Reviewed & next” to go to the next listing. Your progress stays visible.
Example using demo data
A listing with three open issues
A headphones listing appears in two quick filters. In review mode, you see all open issues at a glance and fix them before moving on to the next listing.
Manufacturer part number
Missing—enter the value from the product or packaging
Required item specific “Form Factor”
Empty—choose a matching value for the category
Shipping costs
€6.99 instead of €5.49 according to your rate
Fictional example for illustration. These are not current rates, market prices, or actual analysis results.
Reviewing means deciding
Review mode shows typical weak spots, but it does not replace your own look at the product. You decide whether a detail is correct or a difference is intentional.
Good review results guarantee neither a particular position in eBay search nor additional sales. Nothing changes on eBay until you initiate the transfer.
eBay search also matches listings based on structured details such as item specifics and the manufacturer part number. If these details are missing, a listing may not appear in filtered search results. The “MPN missing” quick filter shows you such listings at a glance.
Shipping and total price
Buyers compare the total price of item price plus shipping. If the shipping costs differ from your rate, review mode shows the amount and the rate side by side—you decide whether to adjust them.
Listings that have not been maintained in a long time
Categories, required item specifics, and shipping prices change. The “Not edited in 12+ months” filter helps you go through older listings in a targeted way.
Among other things, missing manufacturer part numbers, empty required item specifics of the eBay category, shipping costs above your rate, Best Offer turned off, and listings that have not been edited in over twelve months. Checks that pass appear as “Already OK”.
Can I review several listings one after another?
Yes. You select listings through a quick filter or the bulk action bar and open them together in review mode. “Reviewed & next” jumps to the next listing.
Does reviewing cost anything?
No. Syncing, reviewing, and editing are free. You only need credits or Premium when you transfer changes to eBay.
