What Seller Hub covers
In Seller Hub, you manage your listings directly on eBay—scheduled, active, unsold, and ended listings as well as drafts. According to eBay, you can edit active listings there individually or in bulk; through reports, you can also upload files to change many listings at once.
That's why Seller Hub is the central place for orders, listings, and performance data for many sellers. It's free; according to eBay, some features may require a Store subscription.
Where eOptima complements it
Checking shipping costs against your own rates: eOptima compares the shipping costs of each listing with your rates from DHL, Hermes, DPD, and other carriers and shows differences, including the amount.
Review mode based on action needed: quick filters such as “MPN missing” or “Shipping above rate” and a review mode that guides you through the open issues listing by listing.
Multiple eBay accounts and marketplaces: all connected accounts and up to 20 marketplaces in one overview.
Controlled transfers with history: every change goes through a queue with status; the history permanently records before and after values.
Which suits whom
If you sell a few items on one marketplace, Seller Hub is often enough.
If you manage many listings, multiple accounts, or several marketplaces and want to check shipping costs against your rates regularly, eOptima can take the search for what needs attention off your hands.
Using both tools together
eOptima reads your listings through the official eBay API and only transfers changes that you trigger. You continue to handle orders, payments, and returns on eBay.
eOptima picks up changes you make on eBay with the next sync; when you open a listing, eOptima also syncs its current state from eBay.
As of October 2026. Seller Hub features may change; the information in eBay Help is authoritative. eBay and Seller Hub are trademarks or services of eBay Inc.; eOptima is an independent service.
