What does a higher shipping price cost me if I don't adjust my eBay shipping costs?
Multiply the difference between the old and new price by the number of your shipments. A fictional example: €0.30 more per parcel and 300 shipments a month come to €90.00 a month and €1,080.00 a year. You bear this amount yourself as long as your shipping costs on eBay stay unchanged.
How the calculator works
The difference per shipment is the new price minus the previous price. For the month, it is multiplied by your shipments; for the year, additionally by twelve.
The result assumes a constant number of shipments. The calculator doesn't account for seasonal fluctuations.
What the calculator doesn't take into account
Surcharges and additional services from your carrier
Differences between parcel sizes and weight tiers
Fees that eBay charges on the total amount including shipping costs
Sales that change because of changed shipping costs
